We want every Wilderlander to be completely satisfied with their experience. If you are ever dissatisfied with your purchase from our website for any reason, please let us know within 30 days of your purchase and we will make it right. You will have the opportunity to have your purchase refunded. If you purchased Wilderland products from one of our approved retail partners, we ask that you follow their returns and refunds policy.
OUR REFUND-ONLY POLICY
WILDERLAND BOTANICALS HAS A “REFUND-ONLY” POLICY. To protect the health and safety of the Wilderland team and our customers; and to prevent the unnecessary growth of our company’s carbon footprint, we cannot accept returns. Instead, we ask that you either:
- Offer the remaining product to a friend or family member who may be interested in healing themselves naturally, or
- Dispose of the remaining product and discard the packaging according to your local municipality’s recycling and composting regulations.
To be eligible for a refund, your product must meet the following criteria:
- Be purchased from WilderlandBotanicals.com
- Be purchased within the last 30 days
After a Refund Request has been initiated, a Wilderland Botanicals representative will contact you to discuss the issues with your order. Should a refund be approved based on the refund eligibility criteria, your refund will be issued within 3-5 business days after approval. Refunds include the original purchase cost of the product only. Shipping costs charged by the shipper (ie: Canada Post, FedEx, etc.) are non-refundable. Refunds are applied to the credit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase. Refunds can take up to 14 business days to be reflected on your financial records.

Wilderland processes orders for shipping within 24-48 hours of the purchase during weekdays, and on the first business day after a weekend. To cancel your order, contact us within 12 hours to have the best chance of stopping your order before it ships. We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, but cannot guarantee order cancellation before shipment.
If you change your mind while your order is in transit, contact us to start your cancelation, refuse delivery and request the item be “returned to sender.” Refunds will be issued as described in the Refund Policy above.
