SHIPPING INFORMATION
FREE DELIVERY ON CANADIAN ORDERS OVER $100
If you live in Canada, shipping is FREE for all orders over $100. If you live in the US or overseas, shipping costs apply, and are added at checkout. Please note: if you are ordering from outside of Canada, additional duties and taxes may be charged when your package arrives at your country’s border. Customers are responsible for covering these additional fees.
SHIPPING PROCESS
Once you have placed your order on the Wilderland Botanicals website, you should receive a confirmation email within a few minutes to the email address you used during checkout.
Delivery details will be provided in your order confirmation and shipping emails.
If you have not received an email, please check your junk mail folder as some email programs can flag orders as spam.
If you still cannot find the email, it’s possible an incorrect email address was used. In any case, please contact us and we will investigate the issue.
DELIVERY TIMES
We know you’re excited to get your Wilderland Botanicals products and we aim to have your order to you as fast as possible. Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays), typically ship within 24-48 hours. Most orders originating in Canada typically arrive to your door in about 5-7 business days. Orders originating in the US or overseas typically arrive in about 10-15 business days. COVID is posing some challenges with shippers globally and it is possible there could be shipment delays with your order. Incorrect shipping addresses, credit card payment issues and severe weather may also impact normal delivery times.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
We provide shipment tracking information for every order. We know you’re excited about receiving your new Wilderland Botanicals products and we’re excited to get them to you. When your package ships, we will send you an email notification. This email contains a link for you to track your shipment. You can also track the status of your orders by logging into you Wilderland Botanicals Account and by subscribing to receive SMS text notifications to your mobile device. *Please note wireless carrier charges may apply when using this mobile notification service option.
